Design for the national team logo

The inspiration for the design of the Qatar national team's emblem comes from the country's important buildings and its unique symbols.

The general shape of the emblem is inspired by the Al Haram Mosque in Mecca.

The elements within the emblem:

The team's nickname is "The Green Falcons", the falcon is the national animal of Saudi Arabia and is therefore also identified with the country's national team. The falcon has been simplified and adapted to the general shape of the logo. In addition, the logo has been added with the gold color, which is not found on the country's flag but takes inspiration from the gold ornaments in the Al Haram Mosque that adorn it.

In addition, the emblem contains the team's name in English and Arabic.

The inspiration for the design of the uniform of the Saudi Arabian national team is the decoration of the gates of the Prophet's Mosque located in the city of Medina, Saudi Arabia. The second most important mosque in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after the mosque in Mecca. Therefore, it was chosen to take inspiration from it for the pattern of the team's home uniform.

The decoration of the entrance gate underwent a digitalization process, from which an element was created that became the pattern that appears on the uniform.

The element receives the gold touches of the original decoration in some of the stripes in the pattern.
