Branding for an organization to help others. The organization's goal is to connect people who need help with people who are interested in volunteering and providing help. As part of the market research, it became necessary to separate the two sides of the organization's target audience and address both in a pleasant and friendly way in order to connect them.

This organization bridges between people who need help and those who want to offer it. Through market research, we identified two distinct audiences - helpers and those seeking help - and crafted a brand voice that speaks to both with empathy and clarity.

The organization also has a website that allows users to choose which side they are currently giving/requesting help for and thus continue the process accordingly. In addition, it is possible to see upcoming volunteer activities and subscribe to the newsletter to receive updates for relevant volunteering and activities.

The website allows users to choose their current role (giving or receiving help) and guides them through the process. It also features upcoming volunteer events and a newsletter for updates on relevant activities and opportunities.
